   We confirm the problem is real for your business and roughly what fixing it is worth. If it would not pay for itself, I will tell you.

   Paid discovery, with a working prototype in 48 hours

   $250 to $500, credited to the build

   I set up the demo with your name, your menu or job types, and your colors on a private link. You get a one-page spec and a fixed quote. If you stop here, you keep the spec.

   Fixed-price build

   1 to 3 weeks

   One price in writing. Under $3,000: half up front, half at launch. Over $3,000: four equal milestones. You see progress on a private link at every milestone.

   Launch on your accounts

   Launch day

   Everything runs in accounts in your name: domain, hosting, Stripe, Twilio. We do a recorded walkthrough, place a real test order or booking, and you get a one-page handover sheet.

   30-day warranty

   Included

   Anything that does not work as agreed in the first 30 days gets fixed at no charge.

   Optional monthly care

   $50 to $200/month

   Hosting management, uptime monitoring, security updates and up to two hours of small changes a month. Cancel any time; it all keeps running on your accounts.
